Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. In order to accommodate all our clients effectively, we kindly request that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. Please note that any cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $25 penalty fee. This policy is in place to ensure we can open up your slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
